Customer Profitability Finance Manager

Provides value added insights and partner with Commercial to sustainably increase Customer profitability
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Finance business partner to Commercial department (Sales and Commercial excellence)
- Provide key input and guidance to sales department for customer negotiations, channel strategies and commercial policy construction
- Participate in management meetings providing overview of actual results in terms of terms and conditions investment and channel profitability, with highlights on watchouts, opportunities and advice for next steps
- Submitting standard and ad-hoc files to Head Office for different customers and periods (actual/budget/rolling estimate)
- Strong participation in RE/BP process, along with commercial partners in defining investment strategy by channel and profitability outcome
- Ensuring proper governance is maintained in contract management with customers, discount and pricing invoiced
- Managing and developing team to deliver sustainable results and strong partnership with commercial team
- Support team in maintain a strong financial analysis foundation and creating forecasts and models
- Review current processes and ways of working in order to better adapt them to current needs
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing a team in relevant finance department
- Finance qualifications are a plus (ACCA/CIMA etc.)
- Strong Business understanding and analytical skills
- Ability to understand complex processes, challenge business rationale and redesign procedures
- Strong financial analysis knowledge and accounting
- Ability to set and manage deadlines in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Ability to prioritize between stakeholders’ various needs and adapt financial information to various user demands
- Ability to build, develop and motivate teams
- MS Word/Excel/Power Point, SAP User, while Power BI is an advantage
- Excellent English command
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
