Customer Marketing and Communication Internship

We have an opportunity for a Customer Marketing and Communication Intern to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. As a Customer Marketing and Communication Intern here at Fire Detection, Public Address and Voice Evacuation in Bucharest, Romania, you will play an important role in driving customer engagement and loyalty by supporting the execution of effective marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, this role involves understanding customer needs and helping in implementing targeted marketing campaigns. If you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a passion for customer marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Honeywell's success. This internship position is a fixed-term contract with a duration of one year. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support for implementation of marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions;
  • Support for digital marketing collaterals localization;
  • Support the update and maintenance of the local Honeywell Fire Detection, Public Adress and Voice Evacuation websites;
  • Provide operational support for customer events (in person and virtual);
  • Maintain the current CRM database with updated customer and campaigns information.
