- Monitor, analyze, control costs and allocate the cost for each project
- Conduct regular cost audits, inventory , stock analysis, and variance reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for inventory processes.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly cost reports for management.
- Prepare the Revenue Report
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an F&B Cost Controller, preferably in catering or hospitality.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of Qatar’s local market is plus.
