German-Speaking Technical Support (Universal Agent) in Portugal

As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll provide exceptional assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email, helping to resolve their technical concerns or escalating them when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer inquiries in German via phone, chat, and email
  • Assisting corporate (B2B) customers with inquiries
  • Providing guidance on software programs
  • Technical troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
  • Customer account management
What We’re Looking For:
  • Native-level written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team spirit
  • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) is a plus
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • While the total working time is 160 hours/month, schedules may occasionally vary (e.g., 50 hours one week and 30 hours the next).
