As GSS Junior Administrator you will:
- Join great, dedicated, and energetic team
- Gain experience in Administration
- Build contact network with colleagues from other company locations
As a part of our team you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support for Westinghouse employees
- Managing company documentation
- Organizing meetings and events
- Booking business travel for employees
- Managing Share Point sites and email distribution lists
- Providing purchasing support
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- English on B2/C1 level
- Commitment to excellence and result orientation
- Communication and presentation skills in international business environment
- Quick adaptation to change
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High level interpersonal skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy required to handle sensitive and stressful situations
- Previous experience in administration field would be an advantage
- Availability to work on 2nd shift few days per month
