Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

The Ecommerce Product Coordinator leverages both technical skills and project management knowledge to support e-commerce production teams. This role involves maintaining e Commerce sites across the EMEA region, addressing bug fixes, delivering features, and supporting customer tools.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS
Working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
High level of self-organization and responsibility
Logical thinking and a good grasp of cause-effect relationships
Previous e-commerce or basic technical experience (such as understanding CMS, SEO, databases, DNS, etc.)
Understanding of project management methodologies, including Scrum and Waterfall.

The role is operational rather than project-focused, requiring a proactive individual comfortable dealing with uncertainties and capable of performing investigative tasks.

Your future role

Managing issue queries and collaborating with developers to resolve them
Investigating root causes, setting up reports, and suggesting process improvements
Communicating progress and updates to all stakeholders
Demonstrating good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Providing excellent customer service and building rapport.
