He/She assists the Dean in all matters affecting general policies of the entire Master of Arts in Nursing program. He/She prepares a faculty and student academic development plan for the program in alignment with the departmental academic development plan prepared by the Dean and the college developmental plan prepared by the Executive Director. He/She reviews and provides suggestions for improvement regarding the rearticulated objectives, syllabi, lesson plans, test questions, grading sheets, and course requirements within the program. He/She evaluates the performance of instructors in the area based on established criteria, discusses areas that may need improvement with the concerned instructor, and submits the appraisal to the Dean. Additionally, He/She contributes to the formulation of educational policies within the program, which are to be approved by the Dean.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Passed the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination
• Completed a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Currently pursuing a Ph D in Nursing
• Published articles in peer-reviewed journals
• Possesses relevant professional experience outside the academe
