Branch Head - Australian Education Consultancy - Day Shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and implement operational systems and business processes for the Philippines branch.
- Provide visionary leadership to ensure the branch's success and growth.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students, helping them navigate educational options and career pathways.
- Assist students in setting academic goals and creating personalized education plans.
- Engage with students and parents to address concerns, explain educational processes, and guide them through education tracks.
- Conduct informational sessions to improve understanding of the Australian education system and available opportunities.
- Guide students through application processes for institutions, scholarships, and academic programs, offering constructive feedback.
- Identify gaps in team operations and implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the team to deliver excellent service, creating a positive and supportive environment for students and parents.
- Execute B2C and B2B strategies developed by regional head to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
- Plan and organize events such as seminars, promotions, and outreach activities to boost the branch's visibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the Philippines, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and progress using a CRM system.
- Generate reports on student outcomes and operational trends for informed decision-making.
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial sustainability and resource optimization.
- Responsible for meeting branch targets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in educational counselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and provide regular updates.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in education consultancy, student counselling, or a similar industry.
- With experience of same industry of 3-4 years.
- Remuneration commensurate with experience

Contract length: 12 months
