Job Description
As a Production Manager, you will report to our COO and Head of Production. You will oversee the production process, ensuring efficient operations and quality output. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, especially in polymer films, textiles, paper, or packaging.
Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage daily production operations, including planning and scheduling.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure production meets company standards and address quality issues as they arise.
• Team Leadership: Support and guide the production team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest ways to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Collaboration: Work with R&D and quality teams to align production with company goals.
• Safety Compliance: Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing; experience with polymer films, textiles, or packaging is an advantage.
• Ability to lead a team and motivate others.
• Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing production needs.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in manufacturing.
