THE JOB: Responsible for processing purchase order for indirect production materials. Facilitates sourcing, inspection and accreditation of suppliers based on established processes and guidelines. Evaluates supplier quotation and negotiates for the best deals on procurement while maintaining compliance to required quality and specification standards. Monitors progress and status of procurement up to its delivery based on required timeline. In-charge for processing payment requisition for purchased materials, prepares weekly and monthly reports related to indirect materials procurement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● Graduate of any four-year course with similar work experience in procurement or other related function
●Must be resourceful in identifying vendor channels and has the necessary negotiation skills in getting the best offer from supplier
● Knowledgeable with MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel & Power Point)
● Has strong interpersonal skills and good team player
● Analytical, self-starter, assertive and goal-oriented
