Payroll Supervisor

- Oversee the entire payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits for clients' employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for multiple clients across various industries.
- Maintain compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements, including SSS, Phil Health, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
- Manage the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related reports and remittances.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support for employee payroll inquiries for client companies.
- Collaborate with clients to address payroll-related issues and ensure proper payroll documentation and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with withholding tax regulations and handle the preparation and filing of BIR Form 1601-C and other payroll-related tax returns.
- Implement improvements to payroll processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws, tax laws, and payroll policies, communicating any updates or adjustments to clients as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of Philippine payroll laws and practices.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in payroll calculations and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in handling payroll for various industries is a plus.
- Amenable to work in a Hybrid Set-Up
