- Receives shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB / BL, shipping notices) from Purchasing team, Suppliers, and forwarders.
- Checks the completeness and accuracy of shipping documents before distributing for import clearance.
- Coordinate document discrepancies to all concerned sections, suppliers, forwarders, providers for appropriate revisions.
- Responsible in sending shipping documents, gov’t agency compliance permits (if required) to appointed forwarders/brokers for import clearances and delivery arrangement.
- Ensure that all importations are included in the List of Importable (PEZA) for timely application of import permits.
- Responsible for controlling of automated import permits application and monitoring of timely approval from PEZA Zone Manager/Personnel.
- Performs data entry of all imported shipment, Invoice Details, ETD Origin, ETA PH, ETA Factory, Shipping details and other information required by the system.
- Monitor daily status of import clearances and compliance on standard delivery lead time.
- Communicate in timely manner with all concerns whenever irregularity arises and implement appropriate solution to mitigate the risk.
- Identify encountered irregularities whether Internal or External caused with implemented correction actions for report/ record purposes.
- Performs data entry of transportation billing charges on the system for Freight allocation cost per shipment.

- Monthly Pre-payment Balance and Replenishment
- Monthly Freight Accrual Report
- Monthly PEZA Report
- ABMS Balancing Computation
- CPRS Renewal
- IMPORT Forwarders Quartely Evaluation
- Insurance Claim Processing
- Check and Monitor the Ledger for Sungears LOA(Drop-off Export)
- Check and Monitor the Ledger for General LOA
- NPAX Invoice uploading for Lens and Molds
- NPAX Invoice entry for non-Lens and other importable materials
- Any College Degree
- At least (1) year experience in Import/Export Operations and related function.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks accurately.
- Computer literate - MS Office
- Possess understanding or willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as a member of team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other members
