Hospital Account Specialist/Medical Representative (Baguio City)

- Ensures that assigned sales targets are regularly achieved.
- Visits assigned sales channels regularly (hospital and independent pharmacies and others) and tracks sales orders and stock inventories
- Visits assigned health institutions and health care professionals regularly, critical to the generation of prescriptions and conversion of sales opportunities
- Analyses / monitors regularly the sales potential and possible development of the assigned area.
- Maintains an exceptional level of knowledge about Ever Philippines products, their medical/scientific backgrounds and the promotional theme used for these products.
- Leads in the organizing and staging of projects and submits a report for each one conducted in assigned area.
- Prepares Business Plans at the start of the year and periodically monitors progress.
- Maintains and secures company assets assigned or issued.
- Submits required reports on time.
- Requires 3 to 5 years of job-related training and experience.
- Experience and familiarity with Neurologists and Neurosurgeons is an advantage but not required.
- Thorough product knowledge (own product and competition and mastery of all relevant clinical trials)
- High level of commitment, goal, and result orientation.
- Excellent People and Influencing Skills.
- Communication (oral and written English) and Presentation Skills.
