I. JOB SUMMARY
The Cashier is responsible for addressing employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers have the correct amount of cash at all times and resolving price checks for customers.
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receiving and collection of various sales transaction.
· Issuance of OR’s to clients, charge slips for charged accounts
· Addresses customer questions and complaints.
· Reports complaints and problems to the Administrator, and refers customers to manager when needed.
· Prepares monthly sales summary report.
· Counts out register drawer at the end of shift.
· Updates admin/finance for status of changed accounts on a weekly basis.
· Trains new cashiers.
· Ensures that all register drawers are balanced at the end of a shift.
· Prepares bank deposit envelopes and reports and stores daily profits in safe manner.
Other Responsibilities
· Understanding, continuing update and compliance of the relevant policies, procedures and service delivery standards of this position.
· Understanding continuing update and compliance of the human resources policies, procedures and code of conduct; while promoting management, team and cross department support leadership, professionalism and good relations.
· Performs other related duties and functions assigned by the Accounting Officer.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
