Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew/Cashier for our Bacsilog food kiosk in Taguig. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve food, and manage the cash register efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selection.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Food Preparation and Serving:
Prepare Bacsilog dishes according to standard recipes and hygiene practices.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Cashiering and POS Operation:
Accurately handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions using the POS system.
Issue receipts and provide change as needed.
Balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
Inventory and Stock Management:
Monitor and replenish stocks of ingredients and supplies.
Inform management of low inventory or equipment issues.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk, including food preparation areas and dining spaces.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth kiosk operations.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college students are welcome to apply.
Experience: Prior experience in food service, cashiering, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for cashiering duties.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Shift system
