- Able to handle the cashier's book, fill out cheques, bank reconciliation, and write day-by-day recordings.
- Able to do entry into the finance software system with a good understanding of accrual basis.
- Has a good understanding of Balance Sheet, CF statement, and Income statement. Knowing nature and basic logic.
- Able to coordinate with the tax advisor and deliver exact information.
- Able to issue expanded withholding tax forms and other tax forms.
- Monitors of inventory, and liquidation of cash advances.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Must Be a Certified Public Accountant
- At least 3 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience in using Quick Books or other accounting software is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with attention to confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in Food and Beverage Industry is a plus
- Experience working in Retail industry is a plus.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
