Overview:
The Construction Loan Servicer is responsible for review and processing of construction loan draws for affordable housing developments throughout Florida and is headquartered in Panama City Beach, Florida. This position primarily focuses on accounting and finance tasks in relationship to tracking construction loan budgets and reviewing monthly invoices.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish servicing files and review each construction draw request.
• Review monthly draw requests to include review of general contractor pay application, invoices, third party inspection reports, lien waivers, updated title, etc.
• Maintain budget and draw tracking via Excel spreadsheets to ensure sufficient funds are available at all times to complete construction.
• Review loan program compliance with all construction loan.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years with budget accounting and finance
• Computer skills proficient in MS Office products with in depth experience in Excel.
• Highly organized with excellent oral and written skills.
• Must be analytical and detail oriented with superior follow-through skills.
