Work Days: Monday – Sunday (1 day off weekly)
Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of sales associates and department staff.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and adjust orders accordingly.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Conduct regular store walks to identify potential hazards.
- 3+ years retail management experience (supermarket experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, retail management software, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
Education:
- National Diploma (Required)
- Retail Supervisor: 1 year (Required)
