OPERATIONS/TRAFFIC MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring all tasks are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Allocate resources (human and material) effectively across multiple campaigns and departments.
- Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Serve as the communication bridge between account management, creative, strategy, and production teams.
- Utilize digital tools and AI systems (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) to streamline project tracking and reporting.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Prepare and present status reports to leadership, highlighting project milestones and potential risks.
- Support the operations team in maintaining compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Kanban, or similar).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Wrike) and AI-powered project solutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address workflow issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Leadership: Capability to manage cross-departmental teams and maintain positive team dynamics.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and written skills for clear coordination across teams.
- Attention to Detail: Keen focus on timelines, deliverables, and resource optimization.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret project data and recommend process improvements.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, traffic management, or project coordination, preferably in an advertising agency.
- Familiarity with advertising and creative production processes is highly desirable.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
