JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media channels.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Use AI tools to monitor trends, analyze sentiment, and identify engagement opportunities (e.g., Brandwatch, Buzz Sumo).
- Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align community engagement with brand goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of building and engaging with online communities.
- Proficiency in managing platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
- Strong written and verbal communication to engage diverse audiences
- effectively.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite
- for data tracking.
- Experience with writing content and captions for ad materials, trend tracking, and automated community management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
