About Us:
Zain Stores Garment Factory specializes in manufacturing high-quality garments, including uniforms, T-shirts, polos, joggers, hoodies, and branding services. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our client base, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach:
Visit companies, schools, and organizations to introduce our products and services.
Distribute and present professional proposals tailored to client needs.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and create a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
Conduct market research to identify trends and target prospects.
- Follow-Up Coordination:
- Schedule and follow up on client meetings to ensure consistent communication.
- Maintain and update a client database with contact details and meeting notes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development Manager to execute sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market demands to align production with sales efforts.
- Reporting:
- Prepare weekly progress reports on client engagement and lead generation activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel within Lagos for client visits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks.
