JOB SUMMARY
· To assist & ensure all shipping operation run smoothly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company.
· To follow instruction given by Group Manager / Shipping Manager to meet dateline & client demand.
· Supervise the work of shipping officer & assistant.
· To entertain all inquiries & comment from clients & authorities. (subjected to region requirement)
· Support ad hoc and any other duties as required in the department or by Shipping Manager

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
· Computer literate
· Able to meet dateline & working under pressure
· Can communicate effectively with staff from all level.
· Possessed interpersonal skills and good time management
· Desired qualifications and experience:
· Diploma/ Degree in Shipping / Logistics, Business Admin or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
