SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with customers and using your industry knowledge to achieve revenue targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, market analysis and implementing effective sales tactics to expand the company's market presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Seeking out prospective clients across all platforms, industry research, generate leads, visiting, cold calling and networking
• Understand industry trends and customer needs through market research
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
• Identify and develop new customers and new business opportunities
• Be an effective conduit between company and customer
• Assist with new product developments

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Male Only (aged between 25-40 years old)
• Possess minimum Diploma qualification in any related field
• Minimum 3 years in sales, with a significant part in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop a high performing sales team.
• Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Skilled in strategic planning and execution by observing market trends and opportunities.
• Passion for results and relentless drive to succeed.
• Possess own transport.
• Require outstation travelling if needed.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Salary Range: RM 2800-3500.00 (incentives / commission which will be subject to individual's sales target hit rate and performance)
• Our office is located at Wisma Suhaila, No. 2-3, Jalan Puteri 3A/1, Bandar Puteri Bangi, 43000 Kajang, Selangor (Branch: Semenyih & Pelangai)
• Working hours is 8.30am to 5.30pm/ 9.00 am to 6 pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
