Tian Si Jewellery is trading of gold, white gold and silver jewellery which was founded on year 2010.
Today, Tian Si Jewellery has 3 retail outlets in Johor Bahru with more than 30 experienced staff ready to provide professional service and deliver great customer experience. Not only service, Tian Si Jewellery also introduced new 3D design service in their retail outlet for customer to customise their unique jewelry.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting, manages and oversee full spectrum of HR administration functions which includes recruitment, new staff onboarding, learning and development, HR administration, employee engagement activities, performance management, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Responsible to monitor employee leave and employee attendance, probationary review and conduction job appraisal for employment confirmation.
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Developing, enforcing and ensuring policy awareness.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements and ensuring full compliance to statutory requirements.
• Liaises with Head of Departments / Managers on general HR related matter, including employee grievances and counselling.
• Ensure all compensation and benefit changes are in accordance with the approval processes as per the Company Policy
• Ensure on accurate and timely monthly HR reports to the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• At least 2 years working experience as an HR Executive.
• Familiarity of HR systems and databases.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral).
• Able to work independently and teamwork oriented management.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
· RM3,500 – RM4,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
· Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits
WORKING HOUR:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm
