1. Research and Development:
- Conduct thorough market research and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities based on consumer needs and market gaps.
- Formulate product concepts and specifications, considering scientific research, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Ensure all product formulations and developments comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards (Malaysia and SEA countries).
- Project Management:
- Able to multitask and manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Coordination and effective communication internally and with external parties.
- Monitor projects flow and timeline and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client engagement activities.
- Gather client feedback on existing products and relay insights for continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams comprising R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs to align product development initiatives with business goals.
- Provide input into the development of marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonate with target audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences background preferred proven past experience in healthcare industries.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
