The Junior Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, design direction, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations and editing.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize, develop creative ideas and design for both online (social media, website, newsletter, etc) and offline (POSM, Counter Display, in-store advertisement, etc)) materials in line with market trend.
• Creative, idea-driven and obsessed about creating aesthetically pleasing visuals and animations.
• Attentive to details and carry out self-review of your work for errors before submitting for approval and publishing/printing.
• Review final layouts and suggests improvements as needed.
• Support and assist to execute the marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives and activities.
• Able to meet design deadline by working closely with design, marketing team and management, or others duties assigned from time to time by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Art/Design/Creative/Graphic Design or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with in depth knowledge in digital marketing or content marketing will be added advantage.
• Proficient in technical illustration, creating animation and familiarity in graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects is a must.
• A good understanding in handling counter display artwork and design, including social media trends.
• Good team player and able to balanced work on multiple projects.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
Basic Salary ranging from RM2,500 – RM3,000 (Remuneration commensurate with relevant qualification and working experience)
WORKING HOUR:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
