Job Description

Assist in the preparation of presentation slide.
Handle general administrative functions.
To deal with Banker in related to all bank matter/treasury for hotel division.
To do freight & accommodation booking.
To arrange hotel payment for signatory.
To prepare Hotel daily & monthly report.
To prepare weekly bank balance.
To compile & monitor Hotel license.
Prepare timeline for meeting & circular meeting invitation.
To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance.
Computer literate.
Good communication and written skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
A team player who can preferably work with minimal supervision.
