What you get to learn:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our dynamic customer support team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in providing high-quality service to our clients and customers, learning key customer service skills, and gaining insight into the operations of a customer-centric business. As an intern, you will support our customer service department in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What we are looking for:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
Internship period : 3-6 months.

Work Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya
