Exp: 7+ years
Requirement

• Mentor & Guide Team, Manage RTM, Requirement Gathering, Prepare Test Scenario, Author Test Case, Review Test Cases, test Result, Execute Test Case, Create Defect & Manage, Prepare Test Closure Report, Test Data Preparation, Manage Issues & Escalation, Plan Batch
• Design, develop, Manual Test and Automation Testing
• Familiar with test functionality and Automation
• Plan Test release
• Guide Testing Team
• Write Test Case, Execute Test Case, Report Defects
• Test Planning, Coordinating with User, Defect Management
• Manage Testing Project, PWC reporting, Review and feedback work products

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in IT and testing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification such as ISTQB- CTFL, CTAL
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track and visualize key performance indicators

Tools:

• Collaboration and project management tools such as Selenium, TOSCA, JIRA or ALM
• Experience in Agile process and Share-point
