Requirement:

3) Minimum Experience: 2 years
4) Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5) Committed, independent, good organization skills and highly disciplined person.
6) Sharp and highly focused, with good interpersonal skills.
7) Experience using SQL Accounting system
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:

• Be able to prepare Full Set of Accounts
• Prepare general accounting function and preparation of management accounting report.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash, customer and supplier ageing summary.
• Handle the Account Payable, Account Receivable, Cash Book, and posting of General Journal transactions into the accounting system
• Compilation and submission of all supplier invoices and liaise with suppliers on any Account Payable issues
• Liaise and resolve matters pertaining to external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers or other third parties
• To monitor cash flow to ensure there is sufficient funds for day to day operation.
• To handle Petty Cash for daily operation.
• Monitor accounting system backup every day and ensure documents filling in consistent.
• Assist with HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of staff, preparing monthly payroll, tracking employee training and leave, and maintaining staff documentation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
