Account Executive (Mandarin Candidate)

- Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Experienced in SQL Software in preferred Assist in performing full set accounting works
- Prepare daily bank reconciliation report
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filing system
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts and administration tasks
- Complete weekly bank recon from branches and issue reimbursements cheque
- Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any Handle any other ad hoc assignment
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
