Key Responsibilities:
- Digitalization of Documents: Scan and digitize all existing manual payroll-related documents, renaming e-documents according to standardized naming conventions.
- Document Cleanup & Filing: Organize, clean up, and properly file both physical and digital payroll records, ensuring compliance with company standards and ease of access.
- Payroll Process & Support: Assist with payroll-related tasks, including understanding, processing, and supporting the payroll process.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or general HR operations. Experience with payroll systems is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work with confidential information and handle sensitive data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills for accurate data handling and processing.
- Education: A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Credit in Mathematics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
