- Involved in full HR activities which includes recruitment, payroll & claims processing
- Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans and processes
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Employment Pass application and processing for foreign knowledge workers
- Computation and preparation of monthly overtime, payroll and payslips
- Computation and preparation of monthly reimbursement claims
- Timely computation and preparation of monthly income tax, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF contributions
- Make travel and accommodation booking arrangements for staff
- Manage office administration tasks.
- BSc/BA in HR, business administration, social studies or relevant field
- Knowledgeable on Malaysia labour laws and regulations and disciplinary procedures
- The candidate must be fluent in English both verbal and written.
- The candidate must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
