Job Responsibilities:
● Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via outbound calls
● Assist and update customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations
● Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints accordingly
Requirements:
● Candidate must possess at least a SPM
● Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience needed!

Working Hours:
● Rotational shifts (Mon - Sun)
● The earliest shift starts at 8AM, the last shift ends at 9PM
● 9 hours working (inclusive 1 hour break)
2 working shift – 8am to 5pm / 12pm to 9pm
Salary Package:
● Basic salary is RM2,000
● Additional allowance up to RM200
● Night shift allowance up to RM300 (only applicable to those working on night shifts)
