Requirements

• Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Written & Spoken)
• Minimum SPM [English, Mathematics should be "B" , credit in BM is a must]
• Prior experience in customer service or inbound support in insurance industry
• Commitment to 1-year contract with potential for renewal
• Malaysian citizens only

Responsibility

• Answer inbound calls
• Support customers' inquiries in regard to Singapore's products & services.
• No sales are required.
