Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Officer to manage our Central Kitchen operations for Sambal Bakar Malaya (SBM) located in Subang Bestari. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative tasks, inventory management, and purchasing processes, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Officer to manage our Central Kitchen operations for Sambal Bakar Malaya (SBM) located in Subang Bestari. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative tasks, inventory management, and purchasing processes, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Perform stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit stock reports regularly.
- Purchasing & Ordering:
- Handle procurement of raw materials and kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and best pricing.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking.
- Inventory Control:
- Organize and update inventory records using system/software.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate documentation for kitchen operations.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for kitchen supplies.
- Handle communication with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all incoming items meet the quality standards of SBM.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to support operational needs.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Experience with inventory or purchasing systems/software is a plus.
