About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations and logistics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, coordinating processes, and contributing to a smooth-running office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Handle phone calls, welcome visitors, manage office supplies, and maintain filing systems.
  • Sales Support: Prepare purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices; assist with sales coordination and stock management.
  • Logistics: Liaise with authorities, coordinate deliveries, and support customs clearance processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist various departments with administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in a related field (fresh graduates are welcome!).
  • 1+ years of experience in administration, sales coordination, or logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
