- Responsible for cost accounting functions and inventory accounting.
- Work with operations team to develop and maintain standard costs for products.
- Proactively analyse various cost to ensure timely identification of variances for cost improvement.
- Analyzing costs, pricing and sales result compared to business plans.
- Implement procedures and policies for cost accounting.
- Perform month end costing close in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare monthly reporting for product cost, gross margins, inventory report and sales analysis.
- Coordinate and perform monthly and annual inventory counts.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent and government bodies.
- To perform any other duties as and when required.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Accounting.
- At least two years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Committed, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Familiar with Autocount Accounting System is added advantages.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
