Account Assistant Cum Admin

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Account Assistant cum Admin to join our team.
If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about both accounting and administration, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Assist to prepare and maintain accounting records, data entry, reports and documents, including AP & AR.
2. Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly closing procedures.
3. Track expenses and assist in claims preparation.
4. Monitor staff leave records, including annual leave, sick leave, and hospitalization leave.
5. Maintain an organized filing system to ensure all documents are easily traceable.
6. Handle general office administration tasks as required

Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of related work experience (preferred).
-Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or part professional qualification (LCCI or equivalent).
-Basic understanding of accounting principles, processes, and standards.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word/Excel).
-Positive and engaging attitude.  Experience in general office administration.
-Ability to prepare company transactions and ensure reconciliations are properly followed up.
-Experience with accounting software (UBS etc.).
-A proactive and reliable individual with a willingness to learn.
-Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Soft Skills:
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
-Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Language Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
