Part Time Clerk, Store Design & Maintenance

Responsibilities:

Coordinate in stores’ maintenance work and renovations
Assist in liaisons with vendors, management offices and inter-departments for work execution
Contract & payment administration
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Construction, Engineering, Building Management or equivalent
Self-motivated, independent and able to tackle problems in a positive way
Knowledge in MS Office is a must and knowledge in Auto CAD is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
