Part Time Clerk, Human Resources (C&B)

Compensation & Benefit, Human Resources (Ref. : C&B-HR)

To provide clerical and administrative support to the team including compiling reports, administering personnel records, managing files and records systems, etc
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
Provide support to HR team to accomplish ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
Year 2 & Year 3 university students are preferable
Able to work independently and proactively
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
Workday Day : Monday to Friday (3-4 days per week)
Working Hour : 09:00 - 18:00 (4-8hrs per day)
Immediate available is preferred
