In this Role, you’ll get to:

Experience with data analysis, ability to analyze the market and user data, and discover market opportunities and pain points
Work and actively communicate with cross-teams such as product, R&D, and data teams to facilitate the progress of projects
Negotiate internally in productive ways with multiple parties if needed for the best delivery
Responsible for overseas accommodation operations, including but not limited to communicating with the frontline teams, coordinating and solving various demands
Develop business objectives in accordance with business strategies, and assist with regional implementation
Be sensitive and react fast to market performance
Observe and learn the working process and pain points of market managers and market executives in order to improve operation efficiency
Thoroughly understand the logic and objective of each individual product or projects. And to enable smooth and effective implementation
Deeply understand the industry development, competitors, development prospects, etc., and assist with business strategies

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Capable to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point, Excel, etc.
High proficiency in English, able to communicate with local teams without barriers.
Demonstrate strong adaptability and resilience under pressure. Motivated, results-focused, and optimistic
Demonstrate good logical thinking, communication, and learning skills
Have deep insights into business development or operations
At least 3 years related working experience
