Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread and pastries etc.,
- Measure and mix ingredients, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all baked goods;
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters;
- Decorate and present finished products in an attractive and appealing manner;
- Maintain baking area clean and organized, including regular cleaning of equipment and work surfaces;
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience with minimum 1 year in bakery industry;
- F. 5 / DSE / Diploma holder or above;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment;
- Have basic knowledge of making naturally-leavened bread;
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately;
