About the JOB:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages;
- Maintain the coffee counter and shop area tidy and clean, ensure the environment of the shop operation smooth and safety.
- Take customer orders, process payments accurately;
- Monitor and restock inventory of different materials and other;
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about our coffee offerings and providing recommendations.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Barista, with ability to calibrate grinder and espresso machine;
- F. 5 / DSE / Diploma holder or above;
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for coffee;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Strong multitasking and time management skills;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
