Assistant Officer

The key responsibilities of the appointee include:
- Providing support to Creative Art programs and events of the Division and School;
- Performing general administrative duties, such as assisting reimbursement, purchasing and financing duties;
- Managing the project account;
- Preparing and assisting with class schedule and course offering plans;
- Assisting Assistant Manager to process course proposals;
- Liaising with faculty members, students and staff in the Division for the day-to-day work; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned.

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
