Accounting Officer / Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
- Perform daily accounting operations such as arranging AR and AP, data processing and filing, etc.
- Prepare month-end closing, bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements
- Monitor and analyze costs and cooperate with the project team to meet the budget goal
- Assist in preparing interim and annual reports including financial statements and audit reports etc.
- Work with the accounting department in Mainland China for any accounting related issues
- To deal with other ad-hoc matters
- Degree or above in Accountancy or finance related field
- Over 3 years of accounting experience or above (less experience will be considered as an Accounting Officer)
- Knowledge of Excel and accounting systems is highly preferred
- Mainland China's accounting experience has an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, hard-working and willing to learn
