Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Backoffice Agent to work with a leading social media platform based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will support users by managing back-office operations, handling various inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for Swedish-speaking users on the platform. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for social media, we invite you to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage back-office tasks related to user inquiries, account management, and content moderation.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide effective solutions to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal user experience and smooth operations.
  • Track and analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Document and report on operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of platform updates and changes to effectively communicate with users.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in the tech or social media sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online community management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and tools related to customer support.
