We are currently seeking a Japanese Speaking Customer Service representative for a popular note-taking application, located in Athens, Greece. This role is tailored for those who are passionate about productivity tools and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support. In this position, you will assist Japanese-speaking users by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on maximizing the use of the application. Your fluency in Japanese will be essential in delivering effective solutions and enhancing user experiences. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Japanese.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding the note-taking application and its features.
  • Resolve user issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Guide users through application setup, usage, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve product knowledge and customer service quality.
  • Stay updated on application developments and user trends to provide informed assistance.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Interest in productivity tools and technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
