Job Description
As a IHM Maintenance Executive / Administrator, you will be the linking pin in the organization, ensuring smooth communication with both internal and external customers. Your key responsibilities include:

• Oversee critical IHM data: Precisely input, validate, and maintain hazardous material information in compliance with EU SRR regulations.
• Liaise with global suppliers: Ensure the on-time and accurate delivery of equipment and materials required for IHM compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with ship operators, managers, and the IHM Maintenance Team to ensure seamless execution of IHM procedures.

Qualifications

• Maritime Experience: Preference will be given to Marine Engineers or individuals with a background in maritime transport.
• Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for clear and effective collaboration.
• MS Office Proficiency: Expertise in Excel, Word, and Power Point is required for efficient data management and reporting.
• Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines consistently is essential.

• Responsibility and the ability to act as an ambassador for Eurofins.
