As a Nordic-Speaking Account Support Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact for clients, offering excellent support, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert account support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Address customer inquiries promptly, ensuring efficient and effective resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized support
• Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and helpful guidance
• Document client interactions and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with your team to enhance customer satisfaction and overall service quality
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) – both spoken and written
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with the team
• Experience in account support or customer service roles is preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve various customer inquiries
• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment with a reliable internet connection
• Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on client satisfaction
